HURD WINS 2013 MCA-I SHINING STAR AWARD

Congratulations to Duane Hurd, MCA-I Northeast Ohio Chapter Vice-President, who received the 2013 Shining Star Award at the 2013 MCA-I National Media Awards on April 9th. The MCA-I Shining Star programs recognize our special volunteers that give freely of their time and talents to MCA-I. Thanks again, Duane, for all you have given to MCA-I both locally and nationally.

NORTHEAST OHIO CHAPTER EARNS THREE SILVER AWARDS AT 2013 MCA-I MEDIA FESTIVAL

Three MCA-I NOC videos took Silver Awards at the 2013 MCA-I National Media Festival in Las Vegas, NV on April 9th, 2013. John Neundorfer (MCAINOC President who passed away earlier this year) was recognized in the Training/Educational category for his “Understanding Emotions and the Impact They Have on the Individuals We Support” video, while The Brunswick Schools Video Program captured two Silver Awards in the Student Category for their "Bluecoats of Medina County" and "Fit As a Pro" videos, respectively
